🎃🧡 Pumpkin season is in full swing! ☀️

From 2 to 31 October 2026, our Little Pumpkin World opens its doors at our Deinste farm shop, Im Mühlenfeld 1! Look forward to colourful pumpkins for sale, our usual farm shop range and fun pumpkin mini-games like tic-tac-toe or pumpkin carving for young and old.

We’re open every Friday to Sunday from 10:00 to 16:00. We’re truly looking forward to lots of lovely encounters, cosy autumn hours and, of course, your visit to our farm!

Information on data processing (pursuant to Art. 12 et seq. GDPR)

3. Purpose and legal basis of data processing
By using your bonus card, we store your purchases in your personal bonus account and grant you rewards when you reach the corresponding bonus levels. We also use this data to better tailor our products to our customers and to offer you an even better service.

(Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest, with no overriding interests of the data subject worthy of protection)

If you voluntarily consent to receiving our newsletter, we will use your data to inform you about news, current promotions and other information about our products and our company. This may also include advertising.

4. Categories of data processed
The following categories of data are processed:

Identification data (surname, first name, date of birth, address)
Communication data (e-mail – mandatory, telephone number – optional, mobile number – optional)
Purchase history data (purchases, in order to determine the corresponding bonus benefits)

5. Recipients of the data
The data are used exclusively by us; they are not disclosed to third parties. For processing, we use the services of an external processor (copago AG, Zum Aquarium 6a, 46047 Oberhausen, Germany, represented by the Management Board members Dominik Skora and Karl-Heinz Faulhaber), with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded. No personal data are transferred to third countries or international organisations.

6. Storage period
We store the data relating to the bonus card until you expressly request their deletion. Sales and bonus benefits may be subject to our tax record-keeping obligations and in this case are stored for 6 years.

7. Your rights
You have the right to access the data stored about you and the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You have the right to object to the processing and the right to have your data transferred to another controller, where technically feasible.

Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (LfD – State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony).

8. Consequences of not providing the data
If you do not provide the data, you will not be able to make bonus purchases and will therefore not be able to take advantage of the additional discounts offered.

If you do not consent to the use of your data for the newsletter, this will have no effect on your purchases; you will simply not receive any personalised, up-to-date information.
