Asparagus Queen
Ambassador of a proud tradition
Since 2011, the Asparagus Queen has stood for the close bond with the Geest region and its most important herald of spring – asparagus. Launched together with Geest Landtouristik Fredenbeck e. V. and numerous supporters and sponsors, this tradition has become firmly rooted in the region. Since 2026, we’ve been continuing it independently, with a great deal of heart and soul.
As the representative of regional asparagus, the Asparagus Queen embodies quality, regionality and the passion of the people behind the product. Whether at events, at markets or on special occasions – she carries enthusiasm for asparagus and the Geest out into the world.
Would you like to become Asparagus Queen yourself?
Then we look forward to hearing from you directly at WERNER. Become part of a special tradition and represent a region that stands for true enjoyment and a strong community.
