“Finally, time to buy cherries again!” – we hear it every season
Cherries are a real treat with us. We think cherries ring in the summer, and they taste best from June to August – freshly picked from the tree, of course. They’re healthy, tasty and versatile. Year after year, we can also offer you “crunchy cherries”: the late, juicy cherry varieties are very popular – and rightly so, we think.
The best cherry selection – just for you!
Admittedly, cherries pinched from the neighbour’s garden are among the tastiest. But to stay on good terms with your neighbour despite your love of delicious cherries, you can just as easily buy delicious cherries in WERNER quality. Whether eaten straight from your hand as a healthy, refreshing snack, baked into a fruit cake or made into jam – we supply your cherries.

Our top tip for storing, buying and preparing:
We understand if you feel like buying cherries before the season starts. But waiting pays off: instead of a watery taste, in season and with regional produce you’ll get the cherry flavour you’re looking for – thanks to ripe, plump, fresh fruit. The late cherry varieties, known as “crunchy cherries”, are especially tasty.
