The shipping costs are clearly displayed again in the shopping basket and on the order page. We only deliver within Germany. No further taxes or costs are incurred. We do not charge for collection from our locations.

Shipping to islands / For delivery to the East and North Frisian Islands (e.g. Spiekeroog, Borkum, Juist, Langeoog, Norderney, Baltrum, Wangerooge, Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Pellworm), different shipping costs apply due to the special logistics involved (ferry/island service), which are higher than our standard flat rate of €5.90. Depending on the island and carrier, these start at €20.00 per order. The exact costs will be communicated to you after we receive your order and must be paid before shipment.

Delivery periods and times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 5–7 working days of conclusion of the contract (or, where prepayment has been agreed, from the time of your payment instruction). Shipment usually takes place within the next 1–2 working days. Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If items with different delivery times are ordered, we ship the goods in a single consignment unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

The earliest possible collection time for orders to be collected from our locations is one day after receipt of the order (based on the actual time the order was placed).
