Purpose and legal basis of data processing<br\/>By using your bonus card, we store your purchases in your personal bonus account and grant you rewards when you reach the corresponding bonus levels. We also use this data to better tailor our products to our customers and to offer you an even better service. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR \u2013 our legitimate interest, with no overriding interests of the data subject worthy of protection)<\/em><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you voluntarily consent to receiving our newsletter, we will use your data to inform you about news, current promotions and other information about our products and our company. This may also include advertising. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR \u2013 consent of the data subject)<\/em><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4. Categories of data processed<br\/>The following categories of data are processed:<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Identification data (surname, first name, date of birth, address)<br\/>Communication data (e-mail \u2013 mandatory, telephone number \u2013 optional, mobile number \u2013 optional)<br\/>Purchase history data (purchases, in order to determine the corresponding bonus benefits)<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Recipients of the data<br\/>The data are used exclusively by us; they are not disclosed to third parties. For processing, we use the services of an external processor (copago AG, Zum Aquarium 6a, 46047 Oberhausen, Germany, represented by the Management Board members Dominik Skora and Karl-Heinz Faulhaber), with whom a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded. No personal data are transferred to third countries or international organisations. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">6. Storage period<br\/>We store the data relating to the bonus card until you expressly request their deletion. Sales and bonus benefits may be subject to our tax record-keeping obligations and in this case are stored for 6 years. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>(Legal basis: Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code (AO))<\/em><\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">7. Your rights<br\/>You have the right to access the data stored about you and the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You have the right to object to the processing and the right to have your data transferred to another controller, where technically feasible. <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (LfD \u2013 State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony).<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">8.
